Suspend at shoulder level and practice your timing and accuracy with a double end ball. It fastens to the ceiling with a nylon cord and to the floor with a thick elastic shock cable. Watch it jump back into position for another strike. Sew-in and reinforced steel rings attach the cords to the ball. All hardware, cords, and instructions are included.
